2. Orders & Payments

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.
Prepaid orders may also be accepted through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (where available).

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.

Order Confirmation & Cancellations

You’ll receive a confirmation message via SMS or email once your order is placed.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.

After an order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

Order Refusal at Delivery

Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may lead to restriction on future purchases.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is handled by TCS and PostEx for secure and timely service.

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days after confirmation.

Shipping charges may vary depending on your location and order size.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer to process.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery under these conditions:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
